EASTER & SPRING TIME

So here's a few pics of the boys with their easter treasures. And a few more of our walk and camp fire in the valley that runs through the ranch property. We're so lucky to have such an amazing place to call home, and am excited for the boys to explore all the nooks and cranny's! Kane & Rye love being outside and as soon as we come in from anything outside he immediatley asks "more quad?" "more pet the kitty" "more walks" etc... So for kids who love being outside this is such a great place to call home!

BLOG

So for anyone who looks at this blog, or checks it out the odd time, I am sorry for it being such a huge mess! I'm still fooling around with all the settings/design etc, trying to get a look I really like. So sorry for it being such a disaster lately!

BC TRIP

So we went on a little "trailer trip" (that's what K was calling it) down to Libby, Montanna. We left Saturday morning and rolled into Castlegar BC on Sunday where we stayed with my aunt and uncle. Then on Monday we headed to Montanna to pick up our new to us flat deck trailer. Tuesday morning Brennan headed over to Keremeos BC where he picked up some huge logs to bring home, so he can build an archway for the ranch. Then we left Wednesday morning and got home at 2am Thursday. So needless to say it was short and sweet! Really it was, the boys are the BEST little travellers and are easily entertained by my silly songs, stories, toys, and treats! Hardly got any picture's but heres a few...

I'm always checking out houses as we travel... this one is in Creston BC, what a gorgeous home and stunning setting!

COYOTES

So this morning Rye woke me up at about 6 am, and as I was rushing through the living room I spotted this guy through the living room windows, up on our bales. And if you look closely you can see his friend along the tree line. So I woke Brennan up and got Kane too, and we spotted 4 of them just lounging around our "front yard" As you can see from the pics, this coyote was watching my every move. It was well worth being woke up at the crack of dawn to get an up close look!

LIFE LATELY

So I am not as faithful as I thought I would be keeping this blog up to date! But here's a few pictures of whats been going on around here the last couple of weeks... girls lunch out, grammies birthday, egg decorating, and just a few snaps of the boys at home. It's starting to look like spring is finally coming to SK... and I can't wait!

HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY RYE

Our little man turned 1 and had a little party with his 5 oldest cousins and of course big bro. Pizza, a scavenger hunt, tons of presents, and a chocolate cake was just the perfect way to celebrate your first year of life! Rye started walking just in time for his birthday, and as you can see in the pictures loved his party, but mostly the cake :)
